I’m Production Manager at Ashley House, with 19 years’ experience overseeing the studio, print, bindery and dispatch to ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. I thrive on planning the daily schedule and delivering great results for clients, while helping maintain a positive and productive working environment.

I’m Katie, Production Manager at Ashley House. I have been working in the production office for 19 years, starting in admin and learning the trade from scratch. In my role I manage day-to-day production including studio, printing, bindery and dispatch to deliver on client expectations while making sure that Ashley House has a good working environment.

I particularly enjoy planning the daily jobs and seeing the job from start to finish. I joined Ashley House at 20 years old after previously working as a receptionist at a hairdresser alongside doing an Open University Accounting course.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing sports. I recently started running, which helps keep me fit, as I do like to have a busy social life!

I have also been playing golf for 20 years and have been a season ticket holder at Exeter City FC for the same amount of time!
