What sizes can you print?

A5, A4 and 210mm x 210mm square as standard, with A3 and custom formats quoted on request. A standard format keeps the cost down.

What quantities can you print?

Short runs print digitally on the HP Indigo; larger quantities run on litho, which usually becomes the economical choice above around 500 copies. Tell us how many calendars you need and we will quote both routes where it is close.

Which paper stocks do you use?

200gsm for wall calendars and 250gsm for desk versions, each in silk, smooth uncoated or 100% recycled uncoated. Every sheet we buy is FSC® certified and responsibly sourced. Looking for something a little different? We can also print on thicker stocks and premium designer papers. Give our team a call to discuss a bespoke specification.

How are calendars delivered?

Our delivery is fast and tracked nationwide via DPD or pallet services for larger projects.

What are your eco credentials?

Branded calendars for your business

A calendar is one of the few pieces of marketing that a client keeps on show for twelve months. Organisations order them for customers, suppliers and staff, and more of our clients now specify recycled paper and want the eco credentials printed on the calendar itself, because a promotional calendar carries your sustainability message all year, not just your dates.

If you are choosing corporate gifts that should still be in use next December, this is the one we would recommend. Most business calendars are re-ordered annually, so once the template is right, each year’s edition is a quicker, cheaper project than the first. We are taking orders for 2027 calendars now.

What makes our calendars sustainable

A sustainable calendar is mostly a materials question: the paper, the ink and the energy it is made with. Ours are printed on FSC® certified stocks, including a 100% recycled uncoated option, using vegetable-based inks and chemistry-free plates.

The paper is carbon balanced at no extra cost to you, through the World Land Trust, which protects threatened habitat to balance the carbon impact of the paper we buy.

Our building runs on 100% green energy with a zero landfill policy, we are ISO 14001 accredited (the audited environmental management standard), and finished products leave us in plastic free packaging.

We have made print in Exeter since 1986, as a family-run business, and everything happens under one roof: pre-press, proofing, printing, wiro binding in our own bindery and finishing department, and fulfilment.

Shorter runs print on our HP Indigo 7900 digital press; larger quantities move to our Heidelberg sheet-fed litho presses, usually the economical route above around 500 copies.

That matters here because a calendar is an unforgiving product: twelve months of print, tight registration, and a binding that gets used every day.

Our online shop wall calendars run to 28 pages: front and back covers, twelve months of images and dates, plus two spare for your own content, printed on 200gsm silk, smooth uncoated or 100% recycled uncoated stock. Choose A5 portrait or landscape, A4 landscape, or 210mm square.

Desk calendars, wiro bound

The desk calendar wiro-bound format suits the people you most want to stay in front of: A5, printed one or both sides, on 250gsm stock in the same silk, smooth uncoated and 100% recycled options.

You choose the details: silver or copper wire, a white or kraft backboard, the small decisions that make a branded desk calendar feel considered.

Bulk and trade orders

Quantity is the biggest lever on unit cost, so a larger run on the litho presses brings the price per calendar down substantially. Bulk orders for branch networks, membership organisations, or a client list that runs into the thousands are quoted accurately rather than priced from a chart.

Standard formats, standard stocks and print-ready files keep the cost down further. Tell us the quantity, format and stock you have in mind and we will quote it to your specification.

Artwork, design and delivery

Print-ready PDFs are ideal: CMYK, 300dpi, with 3mm bleed. If your artwork is not there yet, our in-house design studio can check and fix supplied files, or design the calendar with you from scratch. Send us twelve images and a logo and we will build the rest. Either way, you approve a proof before anything prints.

Finished calendars are sent by DPD tracked delivery. When you are ready, get a quote and we will come back with a price for your exact specification.
