Corporate Christmas Cards Sustainably Printed in the UK
Corporate Christmas cards are one of the few pieces of marketing your clients will keep on display for weeks. We print personalised corporate Christmas cards for businesses across the UK: your logo and greeting, on your own artwork or a design we create with you.
All our cards are printed on Carbon Balanced paper as standard at our factory in Exeter, Devon. We are a family-run commercial printer, in business since 1986.

“The level of Ashley House’s eco-credentials paired with beautiful print is hard to come-by. The teams’ service, support, and attention to detail goes beyond that of all other printing companies we’ve worked with.”
Your Logo, Your Message, Your Card
Most business Christmas cards carry your logo on the front and a printed greeting inside. How far you take the personalisation is up to you:
- Your company logo printed, foiled or embossed on the front
- A personalised greeting inside, with names, job titles or signatures
- Brand colours matched accurately on our HP Indigo 7900 digital press
- Blank inside, if you prefer to handwrite every card
You will receive a proof to check and approve before anything is printed.

Luxury Corporate Christmas Cards, Finished In-House
What makes a card feel truly special is often in the finishing. Foiling, embossing, spot UV varnish and soft touch lamination can all add that extra touch, and everything is finished by our experienced team in our own bindery and finishing department.
Keeping it all in-house means we take care of every detail and make sure the quality is just right from start to finish.
A foiled logo on a rich, deep-coloured uncoated board is a timeless choice for corporate cards, while embossing adds a lovely texture and tactile quality that you notice the moment you pick one up.

Carbon Balanced Paper As Standard
We are a certified Carbon Balanced Printer through the World Land Trust, and every card we print is on Carbon Balanced paper as standard, at no extra cost, since 2014. Our stocks are FSC® certified, including a 100% recycled uncoated board.
The factory runs on 100% green energy with a zero landfill policy and plastic-free packaging. For a business with sustainability commitments, the paper your cards are printed on supports the World Land Trust and FSC®. Show your customers that you care by adding these logos to your cards; to find out more visit our eco-friendly printing page or ask us for more details.

Quantities, Envelopes And Lead Times
Short runs print on our HP Indigo 7900 digital press. Larger quantities move to our Heidelberg Speedmaster litho presses, usually the economical option above 500 copies, which keeps the unit cost down on bulk orders.
Our online shop covers quick orders in A6, A5 and square formats on 350gsm stock, with white or kraft envelopes to match. Bespoke orders can be printed on any weight or type of stock, including designer papers. Delivery is DPD tracked, nationwide, and larger orders go by pallet.
Envelopes can be supplied alongside your cards, together with any additional printed items you may need, such as stickers or belly bands for multipacks. We can also produce bespoke presentation boxes for sets of cards.
Most orders are placed between September and November. For foiled or embossed cards, we recommend ordering earlier, as these specialist finishes require additional production time. However, we continue to accept orders right up until the Christmas break, subject to production times and availability.

Your Design Or Ours
If you have artwork ready, send a print-ready PDF with crop marks and bleed, at 300dpi in CMYK. Our in-house pre-press and proofing team checks your artwork before it goes near a press.
If you do not have a design, our in-house graphic design studio can create custom cards from your brand guidelines, from a rough idea to approved artwork.
For straightforward cards, you can order online for the shop’s standard formats and stocks. For foiled, embossed, bespoke or bulk projects, ask us for a quote and we will advise on the best route.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Keep it short and warm. A business Christmas card works best when you thank clients for the year, mention something real about working together, and close with a plain Merry Christmas or season’s greetings. If your quantity allows, sign the cards by hand; uncoated stocks take a pen far better than coated ones, which is worth deciding before you print.
-
No. Unlike most corporate card suppliers, we have no minimum order quantity. Digital printing makes short runs economical, so you can order the quantity you need, whether that is 25 company Christmas cards or 2,500.
-
The bulk of corporate orders reach us between September and November. Bespoke and foiled designs are best started early, as finishing adds stages to the project. If you are up against the season, contact us before you assume it is too late; we print and finish everything in-house in Exeter, Devon, and will tell you quickly what is achievable.
-
Yes. Most of the cards we print are our customers’ own artwork. Send a print-ready PDF with each side as a separate page, or working files from InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, and our pre-press team will check it and send you a proof to approve before we print.
-
All our card stocks are FSC® certified and responsibly sourced, and we offer a 100% recycled uncoated board. Printed cards without lamination or foil recycle with ordinary paper waste. Foiling and lamination add small non-paper elements, so if end-of-life recyclability matters to your business, tell us and we will recommend a finish that keeps your cards fully recyclable.
